Stage 1

Application received

At this stage of our process, we've received your application for the role and we're doing some quick checks against our requirements to make sure you tick those boxes. 
Stage 2

Application review

At this stage of our selection process we're carrying out a more in-depth review of your skills, knowledge and experience against our requirements in the role. 
Stage 3

Competency-based interview

At this stage of our selection process, we will conduct an interview with you which will be with the hiring manager and a member of the People or Talent team. 

Your interview is the best chance to demonstrate to us why you are the best person for the job so, we encourage you to get familiar with the job description for this role; especially the requirements around skills, knowledge and experience. It's a good idea to prepare examples of how you meet each of these requirements, so you are prepared for any questions during your interview. 

We also recommend that you come with questions of your own, so you can find out more about what's expected in the role, what success looks like and how your performance will be measured. 
Stage 4

Offer of appointment

When you get to this point in the selection process, you'll have shown that you, your skills, knowledge and experience are all a great fit for the role, and we'll be offering you the position within the team. 
Stage 5

Appointed

When you get to this point in the selection process, we've made you an offer and you've accepted the role with the team!
