Stage 1

Application review

Your application has been received by our Talent team and we are reviewing your skills, knowledge and experience against the requirements of the job role. 
Stage 2

Phone Screening

Your application has been reviewed by the Talent team and we're keen to learn more about you by arranging a call to to better understand your skills, knowledge and experience against the requirements of the role, as well as understanding what you are looking for in your next opportunity. 
Stage 3

1st Stage Interview

We've reviewed your application and we're progressing you to an initial interview with the hiring manager. In your interview, we'll explore your skills, knowledge and experience in more detail, understand your motivations and aspirations for the future. 

You'll also get the opportunity to find out more about us as a business and we encourage you to come prepared with questions for us too. 
Stage 4

2nd Stage Interview

Following an initial interview with the hiring manager, we're progressing your application to the next stage where you will get a chance to meet with other members of the team and discuss your application further. 
Stage 5

Offer Extended

We've completed our interview and recruitment process and we're delighted to offer you a position within our business. We've made an offer and sent you the relevant documents to review and complete. 
Stage 6

Hired

You've received and accepted our offer of employment and you're now on your way to joining the team. We'll be in touch soon to arrange your first day with us and we'll explain the onboarding process as well.
